What we collect
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. Brevo also records information needed to operate and demonstrate the subscription, such as the date and time, the form used and your double opt-in confirmation. Technical data, including your IP address, may be processed for security and reliable delivery.
Why we use it
We use this information only to send the Andrea Morel letters and updates you request through the form. Our lawful basis is your consent. Your subscription becomes active only after you click the confirmation link sent to your email address.
Brevo and other providers
The newsletter is managed through Brevo, which processes information on our behalf as a technical provider. Brevo states that its databases are hosted in the European Union. We do not sell or provide the subscriber list to others for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you remain subscribed. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we stop sending messages; minimal information may be retained where necessary to respect your choice and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by emailing us. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing where applicable.
